DIRECTOR OF PATIENT BUSINESS SERVICES
Bachelor's in Business, Accounting or related field, two years healthcare business office experience, and two years of supervisory experience. Directs and coordinates all patient business service functions for Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital Corporation, including but not limited to hospital and clinics business offices, admissions/registrations, and switchboard. Responsible for the overall direction of the billing process including hiring, training and appraising employees, measuring and monitoring reimbursement and performance of insurance contracts, assuring patient satisfaction, managing staff productivity, budgeting and developing policies/procedures.
ACCOUNTANT
Bachelor's in Accounting with healthcare experience preferred. Will prepare and maintain all financial and accounting requirements for the hospital, Daly Hospital Foundation, Inc and other entities as necessary. This includes monthly journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting. Prepares timely and accurate budgets, cost reports, and community benefit reports.
