CONTROLLER
Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Controller to join our management team at the Great Falls corporate headquarters.  Responsibilities include:  management of the accounting staff, oversight of monthly financial statement preparation, coordination of all financial audits, assessing current accounting operations, and offering recommendations for improvement and implementation of new processes.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements, experience with multi-state payroll, 8 years general accounting experience, and at least 3 years supervisory experience.  CPA is preferred.  Our organization has over 40 locations and more than 850 employees, serving individuals with disabilities and disadvantages in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and Utah.  If you have a passion to serve others, are creative, innovative and want to be part of a dynamic team, send your resume with salary expectations to:  4400 Central Avenue   Great Falls, MT  59405
