1970 Carlton K. Flores receives first Follmer Bronze Award.
1973 David Pratt receives Follmer Bronze Award.
1979 Montana Chapter separates from Montana Hospital Association. Chapter receives first Graham L. Davis (GLD) Award.
1982 James Shelton and Carlton K. Flores receive Reeves Silver Awards.
1986 James Shelton receives Muncie Gold Award.
1987 Montana Chapter celebrates 30th anniversary.
1988 Membership tops 79.
1989

- Montana Chapter receives Charles F. Mehler League award for outstanding achievement in all aspects of chapter service.
- Jim Shelton is honored with Montana Chapter's first "Founders Medal of Honor".
- Wayne Dunn is selected to National Matrix Committee.
- Montana Chapter receives GLD award for tenth consecutive year.
- Montana Chapter receives certificate for outstanding growth in membership.
- Membership tops an all-time high of 102.

1990 - Wayne Dunn is elected CLR for Region 10.
- Lee Roath is appointed to Matrix Committee.
- Montana Chapter receives Membership Service Plan Award (Program and Roster booklet).
- Sherry Abel, Gordon Davidson and Larry Robinson receive Follmer Bronze Awards.
- Gary Beaudean and Michael Wagner receive Reeves Silver Awards.
1991 Lee Roath receives Reeves Silver Award.
