Andy?s seminars combine his passion for benefits law and music. Andy is a frequent lecturer for Employee Benefits Institute of America (EBIA), the Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) and other prominent employee benefits organizations, teaching in 10 to 15 cities each year.<br /><br />Andy is the current author of two books (HIPAA Portability, Privacy and Security and Group Health Plans: Federal Mandates Other Than COBRA & HIPAA). He has also authored many articles published by EBIA.<br /><br />Andy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was Research Editor of the Emory Law Journal. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas and is active in the Missouri Bar. Andy and his family reside in Warrensburg, Missouri where he is a musician, debate coach and judge, and outdoor enthusiast.
